We are getting our heads around this concept. Our company has embarked on a cultural change process to become more values driven, and out challenge as a project team is to give people ideas and concepts, that not only resonates with them but also sticks. We so often have aha moments - but how do we ensure that it stays with us through the journey. We have used branding, repitition, communication and a lot of the working with the inner self stuff. Visually I used this concept by creating a "roadmap" and letting people use velco stick on's to add comments and concepts. Any new ideas on this would be great. I really battle with getting the aha embedded and sustained.

For me an idea is sticky when it resonates with me, right then and there. It seems like the stickiness is dependent on being context sensitive. It needs to mean something to the listener, right at that moment, and then it will stick.
