Thanks very much for the personal invitation. Although the event isn’t really for my year, I would certainly know lots of the folks you have contacted. It would be nice to see them again en masse but I can’t make it this time. 

By being included on the invitation list I was able to reconnect via email with Dave Pybus who I haven’t seen in 25 years. Coincidentally, I ran into Jim Hillman in a jazz club in Montreal last month and he told me you had been responsible for keeping many people connected.

For the record, I work in the City of Toronto’s social policy unit working mainly on children and youth issues. We came to Toronto ten years ago when I got as job as communications advisor to the Minister of Education, Before that I worked briefly for the Mantioba government and for a long time as a current affairs radio producer at CBC. Johanna and I have been together for 30 years and we have a 19-year-old named Max who has finished his first year at McGill.  Our closest friends are still in Winnipeg including  Arne Peltz and Marva Smith who I think you know.
