Liked the Kelvin High neighbourhood so much that I am living on the corner of Oxford & Kingsway, one street over from the ìoldî family home on Cambridge.
In 1981 I married Shelley Saunders who works for Wpg Public Library. Shelley went to Shaftsbury and St Maryís. We have 2 children, Stephen 19 years and David 16 years old. Stephen went to Kelvin and is now at the U of Wpg and David is in grade 11 at Kelvin.
 
When I was at Kelvin, my goal was to graduate in Engineering, however in first year Engineering at the U of Mb, instead of building bridges, I played a lot of bridge with friends at UMSU.
 
I graduated from the U of M (Arts) and have worked for Canada Post for 31 years (presently working in Mail Operations Support management). Iím looking forward to retirement in a few years.
 
Our family has enjoyed spending summers at Victoria Beach where we purchased a cottage back in 1988. Last year we tore down the ìoldî cottage and built a new modern cottage where we plan to spend much of our retirement time.
