    Ok, then, maybe Normandy. Now that has to draw a vector that’s at least pointing in the right direction for my third guess :)Wait, wait! You only asked “Where in the world is this” … you said nothing about it’s statehood: The photo was taken outside the navigation insurance offices servicing local fishing boats ;)Ok. that doesn’t count.
