IT’S AN HONOUR JUST TO BE NOMINATED…

I‘m flattered to have been nominated for a Koufax award for ‘Best Blog’. The nominees, posted on Wampum’s blog, are without exception well known, excellent, and best of all, politically left-of-centre. I gasped just to see my humble blog’s name listed in such company. Wow.

    Mike: Yes, and thanks for what I believe was your initial nomination for the award. As a new and rank amateur birdwatcher (just put out 2 feeders a month ago) I’m in awe of your ability to discriminate between similar species — I have to take a digital photo to even have a chance of identifying what I’m looking at. Also appreciated the reference to the Bold Vegetarian cookbook and liked your New Year’s resolutions.
